### What's new?

Managing multiple projects, channels, and companies often means juggling many details. The new Channable interface has a clearer layout and simpler navigation, making your essential work easier to find.

{% hint style="success" %}

#### What you get with the new Channable interface

* A clearer overview of your projects and connected channels.
* Simpler navigation between companies, settings, and support.
* Faster access to the tools you use most.
  {% endhint %}

### A clearer view of your projects

Your projects are central to your daily work. The new interface gives every project more space.

* Each project card now shows the count of connected channels. Select **View channels** to open its connected channels directly.
* A blue tick confirms when a project is working as expected. This replaces the old 'Works' message.
* A red warning shows the number of errors when action is needed. This replaces the old 'Errors' message.
* The project search bar is also more visible. Find projects faster when you manage a larger portfolio.

### Focus on the navigation that matters

The sidebar now focuses on the areas you use most. It shows:

* **Company name and ID**
* **Projects**, **CSS Merchants**, and **Company settings**
* **Charlie,** Channable's helpful chatbo&#x74;**.**

This simpler structure keeps essential areas within easy reach. It also gives Charlie a more visible home.

### Switch companies without breaking your flow

Use the company dropdown at the top of the screen.

* Choose a company from the list or search for it.
* The dropdown also lets you open **Company settings**.
* You can create a company with **+ Create new company**.
* Select **My companies** to see your full company list.

### Your account and help options, in one place

<figure><img src="/files/QIP4j1jUkK9hs7Cz0SjM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Select your name in the top-right corner to access account options:

* **My companies**, **Account settings**, and **Log out**
* **Help Center**, **Academy**, and the **Digital Hub**
* **What's New** and **Contact us**

{% hint style="info" %}
**Plans and pricing** now sits within **Company settings**. It opens in the **Plans and Pricing** section.
{% endhint %}

Charlie remains available from the sidebar. Ask Charlie questions or get routed to support when needed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://helpcenter.channable.com/changelog/2026/august/a-refreshed-channable-interface.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
