# Meta variant testing is now available

August 13, 2026

### What's new?

Meta Variant Testing brings creative experimentation into your Channable workflow. Create product image variations for Facebook and Instagram ads, then test them in Meta A/B campaigns.

Create variants from your catalog, test them in Meta, and push your chosen design to published ads.

**Turn creative learnings into action:** Compare image designs, choose the right variant for each campaign, and update your Meta ads without rebuilding them.
{% endhint %}

### With Meta variant testing, you can:

#### Connect your Meta ad account

Connect your Meta ad account to Channable and load your ads into one workspace.

#### Create more creative variations

Create multiple image templates, then apply them with image rules across your catalog. Give Meta different designs to compare for each product.

#### Decide which creative each ad uses

View your published Meta ads in Channable and browse the available image variants. Select the design you want each ad to use.

#### Test which creative performs best

Map up to 20 additional image variants to your Meta feed. Use Meta A/B campaigns to compare performance and identify the design that generates the strongest return.

#### Push creatives to Meta

Push your selected image variants to Meta ads without leaving Channable.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://helpcenter.channable.com/changelog/2026/august/meta-variant-testing-is-now-available.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
