## Insights for Ads: New segmentation names

We’re introducing new label names in Insights for Ads dashboards. This is a visual refresh to bring names more in line with the market - your underlying data, metrics, and logic remain exactly the same.

### What's changed?

#### New label names:

* Stars → Heroes
* Potentials → Sidekicks
* Underperformers → Villains
* Invisibles → Zombies

### Who is affected

* **Automatically changed (as of July 13, 2026):** If your dashboards do not actively use labels in the Rules or Mapping steps, they have already been updated to use the new labels automatically.&#x20;
  * It is not possible change back to the previous label names once they are switched
* **If you actively use labels:** We have kept your previous label names active. We will not change these automatically, ensuring your live campaigns are not disrupted.
  * **You prefer to keep the previous label names:** No action is required and nothing changes on your dashboards.&#x20;
  * **You would like to switch to the new label names:** Request a switch to the new labels when you're ready (before December 28, 2026).&#x20;

### What you need to do (if you want to switch to the new labels)

* If you want to switch, request this from your Insights dashboard. Our team will contact you via email to coordinate the exact date and time.
* Before the switch, review every place where you use these labels, including rules, mapping, and Google Ads campaign filters across all channels.<br>

Learn more in our guide: [How to switch to the new Insights Labelizer names.](/manage-improve-product-data/insights/insights-for-ads/how-to-switch-to-the-new-insights-segmentation-label-names.md)

<details>

<summary>Good to know before you switch</summary>

* The switch applies to your whole company.
* You can’t switch some dashboards and keep old names in others.
* Google needs time to process the new values after the switch.
* Future documentation and support materials will use the new label names.

## Fnac Darty integration will be discontinued

### What’s changed?

After careful review, we've made the difficult decision to discontinue support for our Fnac Darty integration.

To support your transition, we will add support for new French Mirakl-based marketplaces to Channable this summer (2026).

{% hint style="info" %}
If you currently use Fnac Darty and have opted in to marketing emails, we'll contact you again before the end of July 2026 with an update on channel availability.
{% endhint %}

### Who is affected

* Anyone using a Fnac Darty offers channel.
* Anyone planning to create or renew a Fnac/Darty connection.

#### **Deprecation timeline:**

* **Until July 21, 2026:** You can contact Support for help troubleshooting listings.
* **Summer 2026:** New French Mirakl-based marketplace channels will become available in Channable.
* **December 31, 2026:** The Fnac Darty integration will be removed, and offer information will no longer update.

### What you need to do

If you still use Fnac Darty:

* Review your active Fnac Darty offers and plan your transition before **December 31, 2026**.
* Refer to our [Help Center](https://helpcenter.channable.com/list-advertise/sell-on-marketplaces/mirakl-marketplaces/how-to-set-up-a-fnac-darty-offers-channel#resolving-cannot-create-offer-fnac-errors) for offer errors such as `Cannot create offer`, `ERR_026`, `ERR_111`, and `ERR_155`.
* Use [rules](https://helpcenter.channable.com/manage-improve-product-data/rules-bulk-edit-and-enrich/rules-overview) to fix product-data validation errors such as invalid prices or descriptions that exceed the maximum length.
* Watch for another update before the end of July about new French marketplace channels.

### FAQ

<details>

<summary>Why are you deprecating Fnac Darty?</summary>

FNAC/Darty has moved from the standard Mirakl framework to a custom in-house system. Unfortunately, this has made the integration less reliable and harder to support.

This has caused recurring issues, such as:

* **Offer not found errors:** Changed or outdated unique IDs can cause sync errors that require manual attention
* **Listings becoming unsellable:** Some listings can go offline because of product data issues that Channable can’t update or resolve with our offer-only integration.

Because these issues are caused by limitations in the current FNAC/Darty API, we can no longer support the integration at the reliability level we expect for Channable channels.

<summary>I want to continue listing on Fnac Darty until it's deprecated</summary>

We understand FNAC/Darty could be an important channel for your business.

We've [improved error visibility](#product-data-errors-now-shown-for-fnac-darty-channels) in your Fnac Darty offers channel to help you troubleshoot in the meantime.

## Channable app is listed again in the Shopify App Store

In May, [some Shopify connections were affected by an authentication issue](/changelog/2026/may.md#action-required-renew-your-shopify-connection). During that period, the Channable app was temporarily de-listed from the Shopify App Store.

The Channable app is listed again in the Shopify App Store.

{% hint style="success" %}
You can use the usual [Shopify installation flow](/import-data/import-how-to/import-your-product-data/import-via-a-webshop/shopify.md) in Channable again.

## Product data errors now shown for Fnac Darty channels

We’ve made an update to the error information shown for Fnac Darty offer channels.

### What's changed?

Fnac Darty channels in Channable only send offer data. But some listing issues still come from product-data errors in Fnac Darty’s catalog. These errors may already affect your listings, but Channable did not show them before.

We now show these product data errors in Fnac Darty offers channels, so you can see which issues need attention.

**Errors you may see**

* **Cannot create offer:** The affected item doesn’t exist in Fnac Darty’s catalog.
  * **ERR\_026:** “Product not found”
* **Product requires update:** The affected item needs product data that can’t be provided through Channable.
  * **ERR\_111:** “Sorry, the product is no more sellable at the moment”.
  * **ERR\_155:** “Product can't be sold because of a restriction rule”

We've added walkthroughs on how to solve these errors to our [Fnac Darty setup guide](/list-advertise/sell-on-marketplaces/mirakl-marketplaces/how-to-set-up-a-fnac-darty-offers-channel.md#resolving-cannot-create-offer-fnac-errors).

For other errors, like:

* Description exceeds the maximum length
* Price is not a valid value

Use [rules](https://helpcenter.channable.com/manage-improve-product-data/rules-bulk-edit-and-enrich/rules-overview) to make sure the value matches what Fnac Darty requires.

## Google Shopping: automatic migration from Content API to Merchant API complete

### What’s changed?

The automatic migration from Content API to Merchant API is now complete.

* New Google Shopping API channels now create a data source automatically on the first run.
* You no longer need to create a data source manually in Merchant Center beforehand.
* New data sources in Google use this format: `Channable API - {feed_label} - {target_language}`

### What you may still see in Google

You may still receive emails from Google about migrating from Content API.

Older data sources can also still appear as **Content API** in Google Merchant Center. This can show in both the data source name and the **Source** field, even when the channel already runs on Merchant API.

In both cases, **no action is needed**. Your Google Shopping API channel(s) should be on the Merchant API.

### How to verify your migration status

Use Channable as the source of truth for migration status.

1. In your Channable account, open **\[your project]** > **Channels**.
2. Click the **Settings** step for your \[**your Google Shopping channel]**.
3. At **Linked seller account**, click <i class="fa-pen-to-square">:pen-to-square:</i> **Edit**.
4. If your Google Shopping channel shows **Merchant API** with a <i class="fa-square-check">:square-check:</i>, your channel is migrated and working on the new API.

## Refurbished items now supported for bol channels

### What’s new?

You can now send [**Refurbished items**](#user-content-fn-1)[^1] via your [bol channels](/list-advertise/bol/list-items-on-bol/how-to-set-up-a-bol-channel.md).

#### Who is this for?

* Partners who want to offer refurbished items on bol in the Dutch and/or Belgian market.

#### Conditions

To get selling rights, you must accept the [‘Conditions of Use Professional Sales via bol’](https://eu-assets.contentstack.com/v3/assets/blt27f326c486dc0d7d/blta5ae5ea141fabebe/698edad7c273690008fa61ba/2026.01-Aanvullende-voorwaarden-voor-verkooprechten-ENG.pdf) as well as the regular terms of use.

You must also meet bol's **additional conditions** for selling refurbished items:

<details>

<summary>Basic product conditions</summary>

Refurbished items must meet bol’s standard product and compliance requirements:

* The items and parts have a CE marking
* The items are GS1 registered
* The items comply with European laws and regulations
* The [responsible economic operator](https://partnerplatform.bol.com/en/idp/dsa) for each item is known

</details>

<details>

<summary>Additional product conditions</summary>

Key product conditions include:

* Refurbished offers are only allowed in the product groups listed in bol’s [Product Range](https://partnerplatform.bol.com/en/idp/assortimentsbeleid-refurbished#product-range).
* Every refurbished item must be fully functional, professionally cleaned, and ready for sale.
* Every item must match bol’s [grading rules](https://partnerplatform.bol.com/en/idp/assortimentsbeleid-refurbished#grading).
* You must be able to prove safety, conformity, and authorized sourcing if bol asks.
* Warranty handling and technical support remain your responsibility during the warranty period.
* Packaging must clearly show that the item is refurbished.

Some product groups and brands have extra requirements. For example, bol applies specific battery, data deletion, and brand approval rules for some electronics.

Check the [full policy](https://partnerplatform.bol.com/en/idp/selling-rights-refurbished#:~:text=2-,Additional%20product%20conditions,-The%20sale%20of) before you apply.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Conditions for Uniform Cosmetic Grading</summary>

bol uses **Uniform Cosmetic Grading** to classify the visible condition of a refurbished item.

This grading only describes appearance. It does not change the requirement that every refurbished item must work properly.

* A (as good as new)
* B (lightly used)
* C (visibly used)

Each refurbished offer must match one of these three grades. You can specify the item grades by mapping a value to the **Refurbished condition grade** attribute in your bol channel.

{% hint style="info" %}
The exact grade description can vary by product group.

* See bol’s full overview of [allowed refurbished categories and grading criteria](https://partnerplatform.bol.com/en/idp/assortimentsbeleid-refurbished#grading).
* Some product groups also have extra product-specific conditions. Check the [additional product group conditions appendix](https://eu-assets.contentstack.com/v3/assets/blt27f326c486dc0d7d/blt3c75bcc5756a4330/69a6b16aae812f59fe0c1dbc/Additional_Productgroup_Conditions.pdf) before you apply.
  {% endhint %}

</details>

<details>

<summary>Additional selling conditions</summary>

Some refurbished assortments must also meet extra operational or technical requirements before bol will allow them.

Read the full [additional selling conditions for refurbished items](https://eu-assets.contentstack.com/v3/assets/blt27f326c486dc0d7d/blt11ea2273d7d9ba5d/698eeb25675d560008452ca1/Additional_terms_and_conditions_of_sale_for_refurbished.pdf).

</details>

If you meet the conditions above, you can apply for refurbished selling rights with bol.

You also need to submit [supporting evidence](https://partnerplatform.bol.com/en/idp/selling-rights-refurbished#:~:text=Submitting%20the%20required,process%20your%20application.) with your application so bol can verify that you meet the required conditions.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://helpcenter.channable.com/changelog/2026/july.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
