# Mirakl orders now sync every 15 minutes

Mirakl order connections now sync every 15 minutes. Learn who is affected and how to prevent overselling.

### What's changed?

Mirakl now applies a strict rate limit to orders synced to external partners, including Channable. As a result, orders from Mirakl channels sync [every 15 minutes instead of every 5 minutes](https://developer.mirakl.com/content/product/mmp/rest/front/openapi3/orders/or11).

This means Mirakl-based orders may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your Channable order overview.

{% hint style="info" %}
This change only affects order connection sync times. Scheduled channel runs and other Mirakl syncs aren't affected.
{% endhint %}

### Who is affected?

This affects users with Mirakl order connections, such as Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, and MediaMarkt.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://helpcenter.channable.com/changelog/2026/july/mirakl-orders-now-sync-every-15-minutes.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
