Product data errors now shown for Fnac Darty channels

We’ve made an update to the error information shown for Fnac Darty offer channels.

What's changed?

Fnac Darty channels in Channable only send offer data. But some listing issues still come from product-data errors in Fnac Darty’s catalog. These errors may already affect your listings, but Channable did not show them before.

We now show these product data errors in Fnac Darty offers channels, so you can see which issues need attention.

Errors you may see

• Cannot create offer: The affected item doesn’t exist in Fnac Darty’s catalog.

  • ERR_026: “Product not found”
• Product requires update: The affected item needs product data that can’t be provided through Channable.

  • ERR_111: “Sorry, the product is no more sellable at the moment”.
  • ERR_155: “Product can't be sold because of a restriction rule”

For other errors, like:

• Description exceeds the maximum length
• Price is not a valid value

Use rules to make sure the value matches what Fnac Darty requires.
