# 11 marzo 2026: bol inizierà a rimuovere i prodotti con informazioni mancanti

Dal 1° aprile 2026, [bol inizierà a rimuovere i prodotti](https://developers.bol.com/en/news/manufacturer-data-and-responsible-economic-operator-mandatory-soon/) se mancano le informazioni sul 'produttore' e/o sull'"Operatore economico".

Secondo il nuovo Regolamento generale sulla sicurezza dei prodotti (GPSR) e il Digital Services Act (DSA) dell'Unione Europea, è obbligatorio che i prodotti abbiano le seguenti informazioni allegate:

* Informazioni sul produttore
* Informazioni sull'operatore economico

Sebbene le nuove regole GPSR/DSA siano in vigore da tempo, [bol inizierà a farle rispettare](https://developers.bol.com/en/news/manufacturer-data-and-responsible-economic-operator-mandatory-soon/) ora.

Ciò significa che i prodotti attivi con informazioni mancanti inizieranno a essere rimossi. Le informazioni mancanti impediranno anche che nuove inserzioni vadano online.
