Impact: All Channable users with active FNAC Darty Products channels.

• Existing product listings created via FNAC Darty Products will no longer receive updates for product information (e.g. description, title changes)

• New product listings can’t be created and won’t appear on FNAC Darty if made via Channable

Note: This deprecation does NOT affect FNAC Darty Offers channels or FNAC Darty order connections, which remain fully functional.

Overview

As of June 30, 2025, the FNAC Darty Products integration in Channable has been deprecated and is no longer supported. This change means you can no longer use FNAC Darty Products channel(s) to update existing product content or create new product listings on FNAC Darty.

What happened

FNAC Darty introduced a new version of their API. After careful consideration, our team determined the integration complexity required by the new FNAC Darty API is not feasible within our current development roadmap. Consequently, we made the decision to remove FNAC Darty Products from our list of supported channels.

What this means for FNAC Darty Product channels

• Existing listings created via this channel will still be publicly available on FNAC Darty.

• These existing listings can continue to update for price and stock changes, and retrieve orders.

• Product content (e.g., descriptions, titles, images) for these listings will no longer update.

• New product listings cannot be created or published on FNAC Darty using Channable.

• Continue Managing Offers (for existing products): If your products are already live on FNAC Darty, you can continue to manage your offer information (like price and stock) for these existing products through your FNAC Darty Offers channel in Channable. You will not be able to create new products via this channel.

• Manage Listings Manually on FNAC Darty: If you wish to create new product listings or fully manage your existing ones without Channable, you can continue to do so directly in FNAC Darty's seller portal.
