# March 11, 2026: bol to begin removing products with missing information

{% hint style="warning" %}
From April 1, 2026, [bol will start to remove products](https://developers.bol.com/en/news/manufacturer-data-and-responsible-economic-operator-mandatory-soon/) if the 'manufacturer information' and/or 'Economic operator' information is missing.
{% endhint %}

Under the new European Union General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and Digital Services Act (DSA), it is mandatory for products to have the following information attached:

* Manufacturer information
* Economic operator information

While the new GPSR/DSA rules have been in effect for a while, [bol will start enforcing them](https://developers.bol.com/en/news/manufacturer-data-and-responsible-economic-operator-mandatory-soon/) now.

This means that live products with missing information will start to be removed. Missing information will also prevent new listings from going live.

### What you need to do

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Check your existing bol listings

See if you have added the manufacturer information and the economic operator information.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Add missing information

If the information is missing, add it by following [these steps](/list-advertise/bol/list-items-on-bol/how-to-set-up-a-bol-channel.md#h_01jhta95mcdpxzxevepnpvr8cj), and/or by making a new field and using Channable's rules to apply and map the correct information.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Remember to add the information to any new listings

This will ensure your new assortments can go live.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}
