We’re putting the finishing touches on our new Channable Academy — a new-and-improved version of our Channacademy designed to help you learn and feel more confident using Channable.

To prepare for launch, the Channacademy will be under maintenance and unavailable between October 9-23.

Channacademy maintenance window: October 9–23 — the site will be unavailable during this period.

What’s new

• 6 interactive courses, including Rules, Importing data, and Google Shopping.

• Single Sign-On (SSO): Log in with your Channable account

• Shareable badges to showcase your skills on Linkedin

What’s changing

• Our Channacademy will be unavailable during maintenance (October 9–23)

• Old Channacademy courses will be removed

• If you’re partway through a course, progress won’t carry over

What stays the same

• Existing Channacademy certifications remain valid until their original expiration dates

Frequently asked questions

Why are you removing Channacademy courses?

Our older courses are outdated and don’t accurately reflect Channable’s current user experience. Don’t worry — we’re actively working on building better versions with Channable experts.

Why can’t I continue to do courses on Channacademy until the 24th?

Our new academy will use the same domain as Channacademy. This short downtime allows us to thoroughly test the new setup to ensure everything works before launch.
