# Rinnovare la connessione Channable CSS

si la tua connessione Channable CSS non è più attiva e non vengono visualizzati dati di prodotto o di performance nell’ambiente CSS, potrebbe essere perché l’account Google connesso non ha più accesso al tuo Merchant Center o all’account Google Ads.

Per risolvere questo, puoi fare una delle seguenti cose:

* Ripristinare l’accesso amministratore per l’account Google attualmente connesso, o
* Crear una nuova connessione usando un account Google con i Permisos corretti

### <i class="fa-memo-circle-check">:memo-circle-check:</i> Prima di iniziare

**Avrai bisogno di**

* Un account Google con accesso amministratore a **entrambi**:
  * l’account Merchant Center che vuoi usare
  * l’account Google Ads che vuoi usare

Questo accesso è richiesto Para recuperare i dati di prodotto y prestazioni, visualizzare Insight en il CSS Pannello, y usar le funzionalità di ottimizzazione CSS.

#### Ripristina l'accesso amministratore

1. en il tuo account Google Merchant Center, Para **Accesso y servizi**.
2. en il **Persone y accesso** scheda, a **Persone**, Selecciona **Gestisci per la persona il cui accesso desideri Modifica**.
3. Selecciona il nuovo tipo di accesso che vuoi assegnare a questa persona.
4. Fai clic **Salva**.

#### Rinnovare una connessione CSS interrotta

1. en Channable, vai Para **Commercianti CSS > Gestione merchant**.
2. Fai clic su + **Aggiungi merchant** y Selecciona **Collega un altro account**.

* Il tuo account Google Merchant Center
* Il tuo account Google Ads

3. Fai clic **Accedi con Google**. Assicurati di Selecciona un account che abbia accesso sia al tuo Merchant Center sia al tuo account Google Ads.

Dopo il rinnovo, i dati di prodotto e di rendimento appariranno nel Pannello CSS del merchant una volta che la piattaforma ha recuperato i dati de Google. Questo può tomar alcune ore a seconda della tua Configura.
