This article explains the formal process for removing Channable as your Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) partner in Google Merchant Center.
How to request removal
Go to [your company] > CSS merchants.
Click the Merchant management tab.
In the table, find the row with the merchant you want to remove and click More and then Unregister. A popup will show detailing your cancellation request.
Read the information in the popup. To confirm your cancellation request, click Confirm.
Note: If you want to completely stop using Channable CSS, repeat these steps for each merchant.
