# How to remove Channable as your CSS partner

This article explains the formal process for removing Channable as your Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) partner in Google Merchant Center.

### **How to request removal** <a href="#h_01k36hvp00e6egat25xaw5qhs5" id="h_01k36hvp00e6egat25xaw5qhs5"></a>

1. Go to **\[your company] > CSS merchants**.&#x20;
2. Click the **Merchant management** tab.
3. In the table, find the row with the merchant you want to remove and click **More** and then **Unregister**. A popup will show detailing your cancellation request.

4. Read the information in the popup. To confirm your cancellation request, click **Confirm**.

**Note:** If you want to completely stop using Channable CSS, repeat these steps for each merchant.&#x20;
