Unregister CSS merchants

This article explains the process for removing Channable as the Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) partner for your merchant account(s).

Before you start

You’ll need

• Admin access to the merchant in Google Merchant Center to approve the switch

How to request removal

1. Go to [your company] > CSS merchants.
2. Click the Merchant management tab.
3. Find the row containing the merchant you want to remove. Click > Unregister.

Note: If you want to completely stop using Channable CSS, repeat these steps for each merchant.

By doing this, you confirm your cancellation request and that you want to switch your Merchant Center account back to Google CSS. Our team will process your request and your updated pricing will take effect within a few minutes.

Approving CSS switch in Merchant Center

Merchant Center admins will receive a notification from Google to approve the switch in Google Merchant Center (Settings > General account options > Review request)

After the switch to Google CSS is complete, Google may email you to claim/verify your website URL. Learn more in Google’s URL verification guide.
