# Channable Academy-certificaten

Als je je Channacademy-certificaten kwijt bent, of als je ze nooit hebt ontvangen, kun je ze opnieuw aanvragen door je e-mailadres in te voeren in de [Tool voor het ophalen van certificaten](https://v2.accounts.accredible.com/retrieve-credentials?app=recipient-portal\&origin=https:%2F%2Fwww.credential.net).

### Voer je e-mailadres in

Voer het e-mailadres in dat je in je Channacademy hebt gebruikt en waarvoor je de certificaten hebt ontvangen. Het is belangrijk om het juiste e-mailadres in gebruik te hebben, want zo vinden we je certificaten.

### Haal je certificaten op

Klik op "Mijn certificaten ophalen".

### Controleer je e-mail

Je zou nu een e-mail moeten ontvangen met links naar alle certificaten die bij dat e-mailadres horen.
