Learn how to change error notification settings for agency users in the Agency Dashboard.

All agency users will automatically receive email notifications about errors from all customers (including those connected to the Agency Dashboard with the link).

If you prefer not to receive these notifications, you can opt out by following these steps:

  1. Log in using the email address for which you want to adjust the settings.

  2. Go to Companies in the Agency Dashboard and locate the bell-ring icon next to the relevant company.

  1. On the Notifications settings page, select the option "No notifications" in all sections.

  2. Click Save.
