Get started as an agency

Learn how agencies can get started with Channable, use the Agency Dashboard, and understand the Partner Program.

Join Channable's Agency Partner Program

The Agency Partner Program is for agencies and freelancers who actively manage client accounts in Channable.

Join the program to get agency-specific access, support, and partner benefits as you grow.

You can also earn partner commission when you actively manage client accounts. See How partner commission works.

Fill out this form to get started. We will contact you with the next steps.

1

Apply to join

Complete the partner application form.

After approval, you sign the partner agreement and receive your partner code.

2

Get access to your Agency Dashboard

Once your setup is complete, you get your own Agency Dashboard.

Use it to manage client access, review connected companies, and support your team.

3

Invite your colleagues

You can invite unlimited agency colleagues at no extra cost.

Once your Agency Dashboard is ready, add your collaborators and manage their roles in one place. Learn more in Manage access to your Agency Dashboard.

4

Start managing client accounts

Connect existing client companies or create new ones from the Agency Dashboard.

This is how you manage access across your agency and work toward partner benefits and commission.

Channable lets agencies manage their clients' channels from one place.

Instead of working in separate tools or isolated accounts, your team works from a central structure.

Key benefits include:

  • Feed management: Build, clean, and optimize product feeds for Google Shopping, Meta, marketplaces, and more.

  • PPC automation: Launch and manage dynamic campaigns at scale without manual updates per client.

  • Marketplace integration: Connect clients to Amazon, bol, Zalando, and many other marketplaces.

  • Shared account structure: One Agency Dashboard gives your whole team access to connected client accounts.

  • Scalability: The setup stays consistent as your client portfolio grows.

  • Dedicated guidance: As an agency partner, you work with a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Your Customer Success Manager supports you with:

  • strategic sessions

  • tailored training

  • regular impact reviews

This helps you scale efficiently, improve client performance, and get more out of Channable.

The program is open to:

  • agencies of any size

  • freelancers

  • teams that want shared access to multiple client accounts

Joining the Agency Partner Program is free.

There are no extra fees for agencies to participate in the program.

The standard monthly Channable subscription still applies and can be paid either by your client or by your agency.

How partner levels work

Your partner level is based on your managed customers and their combined revenue.

You progress through three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Level
Best for
Includes

Bronze

New partners building their first managed client base.

Official partner status, basic co-marketing, and support while you get started. Most agencies reach this level in about 3 months.

Silver

Growing partners managing more clients and revenue.

Dedicated support, more visibility in the Partner Directory, and access to product training.

Gold

Established partners with the strongest program footprint.

Priority support, early feature access, co-marketing opportunities, and the highest partner commission.

Some partner criteria also depend on agency training. See Agency partner level training requirements.

How partner commission works

To claim partner commission, you must actively manage your clients' Channable accounts.

This means:

  • creating and maintaining feeds

  • acting as the first line of technical support for your clients' basic questions

Make sure the correct partner code is linked to each client company. Learn how in How to use a Partner code.

Build the right client setup

We recommend connecting clients through the Agency Dashboard instead of working only with direct user invites.

This gives your team a clearer account structure and makes access management easier as your agency grows.
