### Get access to your Agency Dashboard

Once your setup is complete, you get your own [Agency Dashboard](/get-started/getting-started-agencies/agency-dashboard.md).

Use it to manage client access, review connected companies, and support your team.
{% endstep %}

### Invite your colleagues

You can invite unlimited agency colleagues at no extra cost.

Once your **Agency Dashboard** is ready, add your collaborators and manage their roles in one place. Learn more in [Manage access to your Agency Dashboard](/get-started/getting-started-agencies/agency-dashboard/manage-access-to-your-agency-dashboard.md).

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Benefits" %}
Channable lets agencies manage their clients' channels from one place.

Instead of working in separate tools or isolated accounts, your team works from a central structure.

Key benefits include:

* **Feed management:** Build, clean, and optimize product feeds for Google Shopping, Meta, marketplaces, and more.
* **PPC automation:** Launch and manage dynamic campaigns at scale without manual updates per client.
* **Marketplace integration:** Connect clients to Amazon, bol, Zalando, and many other marketplaces.
* **Shared account structure:** One **Agency Dashboard** gives your whole team access to connected client accounts.
* **Scalability:** The setup stays consistent as your client portfolio grows.
* **Dedicated guidance:** As an agency partner, you work with a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Your Customer Success Manager supports you with:

* strategic sessions
* tailored training
* regular impact reviews

This helps you scale efficiently, improve client performance, and get more out of Channable.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Eligibility" %}
The program is open to:

* agencies of any size
* freelancers
* teams that want shared access to multiple client accounts
  {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Pricing" %}
Joining the Agency Partner Program is free.

There are no extra fees for agencies to participate in the program.

The standard monthly Channable subscription still applies and can be paid either by your client or by your agency.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### How partner levels work

Your partner level is based on your managed customers and their combined revenue.

You progress through three levels: **Bronze**, **Silver**, and **Gold**.

<table><thead><tr><th width="146.805419921875">Level</th><th>Best for</th><th>Includes</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Bronze</strong></td><td>New partners building their first managed client base.</td><td>Official partner status, basic co-marketing, and support while you get started. Most agencies reach this level in about 3 months.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Silver</strong></td><td>Growing partners managing more clients and revenue.</td><td>Dedicated support, more visibility in the Partner Directory, and access to product training.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Gold</strong></td><td>Established partners with the strongest program footprint.</td><td>Priority support, early feature access, co-marketing opportunities, and the highest partner commission.</td></tr></tbody></table>

{% hint style="info" %}
Some partner criteria also depend on agency training. See [Agency partner level training requirements](/get-started/getting-started-agencies/get-started-as-an-agency/agency-partner-level-training-requirements.md).
{% endhint %}

### How partner commission works

To claim partner commission, you must actively manage your clients' Channable accounts.

This means:

* creating and maintaining feeds
* acting as the first line of technical support for your clients' basic questions

Make sure the correct partner code is linked to each client company. Learn how in [How to use a Partner code](/get-started/getting-started-agencies/get-started-as-an-agency/how-to-use-a-partner-code.md).

### Build the right client setup

We recommend connecting clients through the **Agency Dashboard** instead of working only with direct user invites.

This gives your team a clearer account structure and makes access management easier as your agency grows.

To set up client access, start with:

* [Agency Dashboard](/get-started/getting-started-agencies/agency-dashboard.md)
* [Types of access to client companies](/get-started/getting-started-agencies/agency-dashboard/types-of-access-to-client-companies.md)
* [Request access to existing companies](/get-started/getting-started-agencies/agency-dashboard/request-access-to-existing-companies.md)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://helpcenter.channable.com/get-started/getting-started-agencies/get-started-as-an-agency.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
