# Agency partner level training requirements

A [minimum number](#minimum-trained-users-per-partner-level) of [trained agency users](#what-counts-as-a-trained-agency-user) is now part of the Agency Partner Program criteria.

For the full Agency Partner Program overview, including partner levels and commission, see [Get started as an agency](/get-started/getting-started-agencies/get-started-as-an-agency.md).

It applies:

* to agencies joining the Partner Program on or after 1 July 2026
* to all existing partners in the Partner Program from 1 January 2027

{% hint style="warning" %}
If you are an existing partner and you do not meet the minimum training requirement from 1 January 2027, you may be downgraded or lose partner status.
{% endhint %}

### What counts as a trained agency user

A trained agency user is an agency user who has either:

* completed a course through [Channable Academy](/get-started/getting-started/channable-academy-complete-courses-and-earn-badges.md)
* attended an in-person training provided by Channable

{% hint style="info" %}
There is currently no requirement to complete a specific course or in-person training. This may change in the future, in which case we will inform you.
{% endhint %}

### How we check your training status

There is currently no self-service way for agencies to check how many trained users they have.

Channable checks this during Partner Program reviews, alongside the other Partner Program criteria.

We can verify completed training because Channable Academy is connected to our CRM system.

{% hint style="info" %}
You do not need to report this manually. We review the training requirement as part of the full Partner Program assessment.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" %}
We are working on a way to make this visible so agencies can check their trained users themselves.
{% endhint %}

### Minimum trained users per partner level

This requirement is in addition to the existing Partner Program criteria, including the minimum number of managed live customers and minimum monthly revenue. See the full [Partner Program criteria](https://get.channable.com/agency-partner-program).

| Partner Level | Minimum trained agency users |
| ------------- | ---------------------------- |
| **Bronze**    | 1                            |
| **Silver**    | 2                            |
| **Gold**      | 2                            |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://helpcenter.channable.com/get-started/getting-started-agencies/get-started-as-an-agency/agency-partner-level-training-requirements.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
