If you have lost your Channacademy certificates, or if you've never received them, you can request them again by entering your email address in the Credential Retrieval Tool.
Enter the email address you used in your Channacademy and which you received the credentials for. It's important to use the right email address since this is how we find your credentials.

Retrieve your credentials
Click on "Retrieve my credentials".

Check your email
You should now receive an email containing links to all the certificates belonging to that email address.
I still didn't receive my credentials
If you didn't receive an email with links to your credentials or your email address isn't accepted in the Credential Retrieval Tool, then please contact our Technical support department.
