# Channable Academy certificates

If you have lost your Channacademy certificates, or if you've never received them, you can request them again by entering your email address in the [Credential Retrieval Tool](https://v2.accounts.accredible.com/retrieve-credentials?app=recipient-portal\&origin=https:%2F%2Fwww.credential.net).

### How to retrieve your credentials

### Open the Credential Retrieval Tool

Head over to the online [Credential Retrieval Tool.](https://v2.accounts.accredible.com/retrieve-credentials?app=recipient-portal\&origin=https:%2F%2Fwww.credential.net)

### Enter your email

Enter the email address you used in your Channacademy and which you received the credentials for. It's important to use the right email address since this is how we find your credentials.

### Retrieve your credentials

Click on "Retrieve my credentials".

### Check your email

You should now receive an email containing links to all the certificates belonging to that email address.
