This article explains how to review the data in the Segmentation dashboard. If you would like to know more about this feature and how to set it up, please read this help center article first.
To access the Segmentation Dashboard, click on “Dashboard” (1) in your project overview, and then on “Insights” (2). Here you will find the general Insights Dashboard overview.
By clicking on the dropdown (3), you can choose which Insights dashboard to display. On the right side, you will find the Segmentation Pie charts (4), which are built based on metrics and thresholds. The Pie charts display the correlation between 4 labels. When you hover your mouse over a pie chart piece, you can see the amount in that particular segment.
This correlation is based on:
- Conversion value
- Cost
- Number of items
To go to the Segmentation dashboard, you click on the name of the Insights connection (5). This will bring you to the following overview:
Below the Segmentation Pie Chart, you will find the Segmentation table (1). Here, you can view the total number of items per segment and the total amounts per metric per segment. This is also where you can access Insights data per product by clicking on 'View all items' or the “View” option behind all segments to see the product level metrics of the specific segments.
Diving deeper, in the top 5 Stars (2) and the top 5 Underperformers (3), you will find the top 5 items that demonstrate the best results for that specific segment. To access the product level metrics, you can click on 'View all items' or the “View” option to see the product level metrics of the specific segments.
When you are viewing the product level metrics, you will see three project fields (1) and eight Insights metrics (2) available.
Finally, at the top left, you have the option to filter the items based on the segments, to show all items, or to only show the unsegmented items.
