You access Channable through your personal account. Go to Account > Account settings to manage your login and authentication details.
Account tab
In the Account tab, you can set and edit the following information:
- Your First name
- Your Last name
- Your Telephone number for contact purposes (optional)
- The language that you use Channable in
Change your account information
To edit this information, click a field and enter a new value. Click Save to confirm your changes.
Email tab
In the Email tab, you can edit the following information:
- Your Email address
Change your email address
To edit this information, click a field and enter a new value. Enter your password and click Save to confirm your changes.
Note: If you have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, you won’t be able to change your email address.
Password tab
In the Password tab, you can edit the following information:
- Your password
Change your password
- To edit your password, enter your Current password, your New password, then your New password.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
Note: If you have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, you won’t be able to change your password.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tab
In the Multi-Factor Authentication tab, you can perform the following actions:
- Enable or disable MFA
- View your recovery codes
Linked accounts tab (Single Sign-On)
In the Linked accounts tab, you can perform the following actions:
- Enable or disable Single Sign-On (SSO)
