Channable's Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) is priced at a flat rate of €19 (or $25) per month. This fee applies per standalone Merchant Center account or active subaccount within a Multi-Client Account (MCA). Please note that the MCA itself is not charged.

How Pricing Works
-
Standalone Merchant Center Account
For standalone Merchant Center accounts, the price is €19 per account, regardless of the number of countries you are selling in.Example:
If you own a standalone Merchant Center account for myshop.com, which sells in the Netherlands, Germany, and France, the price will be €19 per month. -
Multi-Client Account (MCA)
If you use an MCA with multiple subaccounts, each active subaccount is charged separately.Example:
If your MCA includes 3 subaccounts for myshop.nl, myshop.de, and myshop.fr, the price will be 3 x €19 = €57 per month.
Active Sub-Accounts
Only active subaccounts within an MCA are billed. A subaccount is considered inactive if it has not received any paid clicks in the last 30 days. We receive this activity data directly from Google. Inactive subaccounts will not be charged.
Splitting the Bill Across Multiple Companies
It’s possible to divide the billing for a Multi-Client Account (MCA) between different companies in Channable. This feature is especially useful for agencies managing multiple clients. The agency can own the MCA, but individual subaccounts can be assigned to clients, who will then be billed separately for their own subaccounts.
Example Scenario:
An agency manages an MCA with three clients:
- Client A (myshop) sells on 3 domains (DE, NL, BE).
- Client B (othershop.nl) is not currently advertising, so their subaccount is inactive.
- Client C (vintage-shop) sells on 2 domains (NL, BE).
In this case:
-
The MCA is created within the agency's Channable account, but Client C has created their own CSS shops in their own Channable account, transferring the billing of those subaccounts to them.
Billing Breakdown:
- For the agency: They have 4 subaccounts, but only 3 are active. Therefore, the agency is billed for 3 active subaccounts: 3 x €19 = €57.
-
For Client C (vintage-shop): They have 2 active subaccounts in their own company: 2 x €19 = €38.
This flexible billing setup is ideal for agencies or companies managing multiple clients within a single MCA, allowing for easy separation of costs across different parties. If you have any further questions about CSS pricing or managing subaccounts, feel free to contact our support team.
