What you'll need
- A bol Ads connection
- A field containing your product EANs
- Go to Setup > Insights and click + New Insights Dashboard.
- Select [your bol ads connection] and fill in the following information:
- For Name, give your dashboard a distinct name
- For Date range setting, choose between a fixed range or rolling date range (continuous).
- For Date range, choose the date range you want to pull data from (if fixed range) or the maximum amount of days to pull data from (if rolling date range)
Note: If you’re using the preview version of Insights, you only have the option of a 90 day rolling date range.

- For EAN field of the item, choose a field that contains your products EAN codes. This is usually ‘ean’ , but might fall under a different name.
- Click New Insights dashboard.
Within a few minutes, your dashboard will appear with an overview of your products.
Available metrics for Cost-Per-Click (CPC) bol ads dashboards

Conversions | The number of times customers purchased your product after clicking on the ad |
Conversion rate | The percentage of users who purchased your product after viewing the ad |
Sales | Revenue made from your bol ads |
Cost | The total advertising cost spent |
ACOS (Average Cost of Sales) (Spend / Ad sales)*100 |
The average amount of money you spent on advertising per euro/dollar generated. |
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) (Ad sales / Spend)*100 |
The amount of revenue earned divided by the amount you spent on advertising |
Direct conversions | The number of times your customers purchased a product after interacting with it |
Indirect conversions | The number of times your customers purchased a different product after interacting with a different product from the same campaign |
Note: To set up Profit on Ad Spend (POAS) insights for your products, you’ll need to indicate which field in your import data contains POAS costs.
