If you wish to cancel your Channable subscription, please complete the following steps before the 20th of the month to avoid being billed for the subsequent month.
The subscription will be terminated at the end of the next billing month if these steps are not followed. For detailed terms, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your subscription follow the steps below:
- Go to your company dashboard.
- Click on 'Company Settings' and select 'Billing Settings'.
- Then click the 'Cancel Plan' button.
- A pop-up will appear requiring confirmation to proceed with the cancellation.
Upon successful cancellation, all services and features will be deactivated on the last day of the current billing cycle, and your account status will automatically revert to a 'trial' mode.
Important note on API deactivation
When you cancel your subscription, please be aware that while Channable will disable all account features, any products you have on the marketplace via API Channable, will not be automatically removed. To ensure these products are also taken off the marketplace following the cancellation of your account:
Go to API settings and click on 'Clear API'. This action will remove all products previously pushed through the API, ensuring they are no longer displayed on the marketplace.
Reversing a Cancellation
To reverse a cancellation, click on 'Stop cancellation' in your Company settings, additionally, you can see how many days are left before the subscription is canceled. This action will instantly halt the cancellation process, maintaining your active subscription and preventing any deactivation of feeds and APIs.
