If you wish to make changes to your plan, follow the steps outlined below before the billing date, which falls on the 20th of each month. Failure to do so may result in an invoice for the upcoming month. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
To make any changes to your account, first navigate to the top right corner of your screen, then click on your name. A drop-down menu will appear, offering various options to manage every aspect of your account, including the ability to modify your subscription plan.
Click on 'Plans & Pricing' to access your usage and pricing plan overview. From there you will see an overview of your current Channable plan. You can change your plan by clicking on "Plans" on the left-hand side and then "Change package" on the right side to change your core plan.
To add new packages to your core plan, select the type of package on the left side and then click on "select" at the right package.
Don't forget to confirm your change by clicking on "Confirm Subscription".
