If you would like to change your plan, follow the steps below before the billing date which is the 20th of the month, otherwise you will get an invoice for the next month. For more information, please consult our Terms and Conditions.
To make any changes to your account, first navigate to the top right corner of your screen, then click on your name. You will be presented with a drop-down menu with options to manage all aspects of your account, including changing your plan.
Click on 'Plans & pricing' to access your usage and pricing plan overview. You can change your plan by clicking on "Change" on the left-hand side.
