Data integration sources

You can integrate directly with your eCommerce platform or use any of the other data source options. 

Find your platform between the options below or choose one of the other supported data sources to start integrating your product data.

Before importing your product data, ensure your data meets the requirements for import files.

Import from other webshop platforms

Most eCommerce platforms enable you to create CSV or XML data feeds using plugins or built-in features. If you can't do this on your own, ask your website developer or technical support team for help. They should be able to provide the necessary data feed.

View your items

To see all the products you've imported into Channable, click on the 'Items' tab on the left side of your screen.

This tab shows a complete list of all the items from your data feed.

Change the frequency of data updates

Channable automatically updates your product data once a day. This daily update keeps your product listings fresh without you having to do anything.

Want more frequent updates?
If your inventory changes often, or you run frequent sales, you might need to update your data more than once a day. See our article on schedule settings to understand how to schedule more frequent updates.

Combine imports

You can improve your product data in Channable by combining data from different sources. This method helps you provide more detailed and comprehensive information across your product listings.

What you can do with combined imports:

• Adding New Products: Add products that aren’t in your main import by combining feeds.
• Enhancing Product Information: Append important details like EAN numbers to your products.
• Uniform Information Addition: Easily add the same information to all your products at once.
