Importing products from inRiver

Do you want to interactively learn about setting up your import in Channable? Learn how to create a Channacademy account in the Channable app through this Help Center article and start with the Basic Imports course.

When you use the inRiver PIM system and want to create a feed to export your items via Channable, we have a connection available in cooperation with XSARUS Digital Commerce. Please contact XSARUS for the possibilities! 

Step 1. Get the API URL and key

Contact Xsarus for the API credentials. 

Step 2. Add a new connection

Go to your Channable account, then setup and click 'Setup import'.

Here you can click 'New import connection'. Select the 'inRiver by Xsarus' connection, type in your credentials and hit the 'Connect with inRiver' button:

Step 3. Click 'Save & import'.

After you clicked the 'Connect with inRiver' button, you will be automatically directed to the import mapping screen. Here you can view all the fields that your items have. To import these fields and items, just click 'Save & Import' at the bottom of the screen in Channable.
