If you want to configure a new credit card, you need to contact us first so we can enable this payment method for your account.
Once Channable has confirmed your new card, follow these steps:
- Navigate to [Your company] > Company settings in the navigation menu.
- Select either Billing or Payment methods > Add payment method. You will now see the option 'Credit Card'. Click on the Credit Card option and fill in your Credit card number, Expiry date and CVC code.
- Click Save.
How to change your credit card information
To update your credit card information, you’ll need to add a new credit card. Once added, you can set the new credit card as the default by making it active:
- Go to [Your company] > Company settings.
- Click on the Payment methods tab.
- At your new credit card, click View and click Make active.
If you're replacing an existing payment method, the old one will automatically become inactive when the new one is set as active.
Note: Please note that payment methods cannot be deleted directly. If you wish to permanently remove a payment method, please contact Support for assistance.
