If you want to configure a new credit card, you will first need to contact us, so we can enable this payment method for your account.
If we have confirmed this, navigate to Company settings on the left side menu. Select either Billing or Payment methods > Add payment method. You will now see the option Credit Card. Click on the Credit Card option and fill in your Credit card number, Expiry date and CVC code. Click on 'save' when you are done!
Change credit card information
To update your credit card information, you’ll need to add a new credit card as outlined above. Once added, you can set the new credit card as the default by making it active. To do this, go to Company settings > Payment methods > View > Make active.
If you're replacing an existing payment method, the old one will automatically become inactive when the new one is set as active.
Please note that payment methods cannot be deleted directly. If you wish to permanently remove a payment method, please contact our support team for assistance.
