How much does it cost to add the order functionality?

Note I: The Order sync add-on is a part of the Marketplaces module. Therefore, you need to select this module first to be able to add the add-on to your subscription. 
Note II: This is a paid add-on. You need to add this add-on to your subscription yourself. To learn how to do so, read this article.

The costs for the order process are €49 per active unique order connection per month (or $59 with a Shopify plan). A unique connection is generally speaking an order connection from your webshop import connection (i.e., Magento, Lightspeed) to a marketplace seller account (API) connection (i.e., Amazon, Bol.com). So if you have a Magento webshop connection and want one order connection for Cdiscount and one order connection for Bol.com, you will have two unique order connections, so that means €98 on top of your standard monthly subscription costs.

There are a few exceptions to the above worth mentioning. The general rule of thumb is that all order connections that go to the same seller account, will count as one order connection. This is relevant for Bol.com, Amazon and eBay in the following specific cases:

  • Amazon and eBay: These marketplaces allow you to process orders from different countries in the same seller account. We do need to set up separate order connections for each country, but these will be seen as one unique order connection as long as they are connected to the same seller account connection.

    For example: you have multiple projects containing multiple connections to Amazon EU (for example Amazon FR, DE, and UK). Each project has an order connection to your Amazon seller account. As all three order connections are connected to the same seller account, you will pay €49 for these three connections.
Note: Even if you have multiple projects with, for example, different Magento store views as import connections, we will only look at the connection to the seller account to determine the amount of unique active order connections. So if in the example above you have different Magento store view import connections for each Amazon country project, you will still only pay €49 as long as the order connections go to the same Amazon seller account connection.
  • Bol.com NL + BE: If you have to separate Bol.com seller accounts, one for NL and one for BE, there will be two unique order connection, one to each seller account. In this case, you will pay for two order connections, so €98 per month extra.

  • Bol.com FBB + FBR: If you sell both FBB and FBR products on Bol.com, and want both orders to be retrieved by Channable, we will need to set up two order connections for this. However, they will both be connected to the same seller account, so this will only count as one unique order connection. The costs will be €49 for the FBB and FBR order connection.
