Copy categories from another channel

To copy categories from another channel, follow these steps:

Navigate to your channel

• Open the channel where you want the categories.

• Go to the Categories step and open the Manual Categorization tab.

Start the copy action

• If you don't have categories yet, click Copy categories.

• If you already have categories, click More actions, then the + icon dropdown and select Copy categories.

Select source project and channel

• In the pop-up, at From project, select which project you want to copy the categories from.

• At From channel, select which channel in that project.

Complete the copy

• Click Copy here.

• Click Save categories.

After finishing your categorization, you're ready to get started with the Rules step.
