Our subscriptions are based on the usage of our tool, see here. If your usage exceeds the limits of your current plan, an automatic upgrade to a more suitable plan will occur after 72 hours of over-usage.
Before any upgrade, you will receive two warning emails from us that your plan will be adjusted. You can always see more information on your current subscription in 'Plans & Pricing'. To access usage information, see this article here.
Where can I find information on my over-usage?
On the Current active usage tab, we highlight the specific over-usage areas below. Check out the example below of the 'Plans & Pricing' page in an account.
I do not want my plan to be changed, what should I do?
If the upgraded plan doesn't meet your expectations, you have flexibility in how to proceed:
1. Adjust Your Usage: Bring your usage down to align with the original plan you preferred, and change your plan on the 'Plans & Pricing' page.
2. Find a Better Fit: If another plan seems more aligned with your needs, consider switching to it instead.
How can I change my plan? (in short)
To make changes, head to the 'Plans & Pricing' section found to the left side menu. Here, you'll find details on your current plan and the option to switch plans by navigating to “Plans” and selecting “Change package” for adjustment.
