In this article you can read more about what a CSV file is and how you can use it as an import in Channable.
CSV stands for Comma-Separated Values, or comma separated values. The CSV format consists only of text data in which values are separated by a separator. Classically this was a comma (,), but nowadays a CSV file can also have a vertical line (|) or semicolon (;) as a separator. This makes it easy to implement. The data is read by the system and then presented as a table.
Within Channable, there are several import options, including CSV files. The CSV file must be on an online location with a live URL. You can follow the steps from our support article to set up the CSV import in your Channable account.
