To send your product feed to Real.de, log into your Real.de seller account and navigate to "Manage product data" (Produktdaten verwalten) under "My offers" (Meine Angebote) on the left side. Then go to "Automatic product data upload" (Automatischer Produktdatenupload). Here you can now paste the URL you copied in the Preview step of the Real.de feed in Channable.
You can then select a time and day of retrieval. Your product feed will be automatically retrieved at the specified time.
Once you have completed this step, Real.de will check your feed. You can see the current status of your feed, under "Manage offers by file" (Angebote per Datei verwalten) in the "Overview" (Übersicht) where your last ten files are listed.
In addition to the status, you can also see how many lines were recognized in your feed and when you started the upload.
Only when the status was changed to "In processing - Import completed" the new products are created and your product data are added to any existing product pages. When the status changes to "Done", processing is complete and your changes are visible.
When your file has the status "Done - Import completed" and your data has been successfully imported to Real.de, the system checks each product individually for the quality of the stored product data.
The first step is to check whether your product is valid. A product is only valid if all mandatory attributes have been filled in (see The correct attributes ). A product can be offered and sold only if it is valid. If it is invalid, it is not created and therefore cannot be sold.
If your product is valid, the individual attributes are checked. The system works on the principle that a product can contain data from different sources (dealers, suppliers, etc.). The system decides which of these data will be visible to the customer according to certain rules that check the quality of the individual values. It may happen that your data has been successfully imported to us, but is not visible on the product information page, since higher-quality information is already available from another source.
In your product data feedback, you can see if values have been rejected or modified. You can find further explanations here: Product data feedback
