Manual Connection Creation
If you are having issues with auto-connecting your Shopware store with Channable then another option would be to manually create a connection. To set this up you need to add the API Key, Shop-ID, and Language-ID next to the standard shop URL and username. You can find these in your Shopware backend at the following locations:
Shop-ID: Select the appropriate sales channel on the left under channels, the Shop-ID will be displayed in the browser URL.
Language-ID: Settings > Shop > Languages > [find the correct language] Edit. The language ID is then displayed in the browser URL.
API-Key: This can be found under the appropriate sales channel on the left side. If you scroll down, there is a box called API Access.
