You successfully added your import (link) but somehow the import fails? If your import seems to be fine (meaning that you can open the import link in your browser and see the correct output) but our tool cannot import it, it might be possible that there is a firewall or server setting blocking us from accessing it. In that case, our office IP addresses need to be whitelisted.
In order to do so, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing the following:
- Subject: Whitelisting Channable office IP's
- To be mentioned: Company ID and all concerned projects and imports
We will provide you with a list of our IPs that need to be whitelisted. Please let us know when you successfully whitelisted our IP addresses, so we can make sure the settings are correct on our side and the import works.
