Problem: Products show as 'successful' in the Result step of your VidaXL API in Channable, but are not listed live in VidaXL.
VidaXL's approval process
When sending new listings (i.e. unknown EAN's) to VidaXL, they need to approve the content you send for these new products. Next to the Mirakl Marketplace platform content check, VidaXL also has their own approval tool. Your products can be shown as 'successful' in the Result step in Channable (because we successfully sent them to VidaXL), but still not be live on VidaXL. This can be due to the approval process not being finished yet, or due to content errors resulting from the approval process in VidaXL.
Downloading an error report in VidaXL
You can login to your VidaXL back-end to check this. To check all errors, you can download the error report in your Mirakl account. Navigate to My Inventory > Import from file > Track Product Imports > Actions. Here you will find a few files including the error report. Download the error report to find out if there are any additional errors.
Note: the image shows 'Fnac', but it's the same for VidaXL (both Mirakl platforms).
If there are any content errors, you can optimize the Attributes in Channable to solve these errors and run the API again. After VidaXL has approved the changes, you can check again if your products are now live on VidaXL. If not, repeat the above process.
