For now, you can check for errors on the product preview page. By saving a reprice rule and clicking on 'selected items', you will see the error under 'prices on Bol.com' when you click on a specific product.
How to fix the 'EAN is not known to Channable' error
On the right at ‘prices on Bol.com’ you can see the error. This error indicates that the EAN is not known in Channable based on the product EANs we get from Bol.com.
This error may tell you that your EAN is invalid or that the EAN of the product you are trying to send does not match what is used by Bol.com for the Repricer. You can check this by verifying in Channable which EAN you are sending and then looking for the same product on Bol.com with that EAN. In most cases you will see that the product you send to Bol.com is known with a different EAN. Because of this Channable cannot match the product and this will exclude the product from the repricer and the product will be listed on Bol.com with the price you send in the build step in Channable.
So it's important to make sure that you set your 'normal' prices for this product in the build step in Channable as well. If you don't do this and the price you have set here is too high, you run the risk of being delisted from Bol.com.
In order to get a product successfully in the repricer you will have to manually adjust the EAN in Channable by using a rule. In the first table you put the EAN that you send and in the second table you replace it with the EAN that is known at Bol.com.
