Channable supports the order connection functionality for most of the Webshop Platforms that also have a direct import integration with Channable. A full list and several important exceptions can be found below.

Full list of Webshop Platforms with an order connection in Channable:
- CCV Shop
- Magento (1&2)
- Shopware 5
- Divide: We can only send orders from the marketplace to Divide. There is no feedback from Divide back to the marketplace. This means we only support minimal order synchronization and no real-time stock updates for all marketplaces if you use Divide, regardless of what is supported for the marketplace.
- Shopware: We do not currently support an order connection for Shopware 6
If your Webshop Platform is not in the list above, or if you use a different way to import your items into Channable (i.e. through an XML or CSV feed), you are able to build an order connection with Channable yourself by using our Channable API. For more information on using the Channable API, see this article.
With the Channable API, you can build an order connection with all supported marketplaces for a regular order connection.
We currently only support order returns for the following webshop platforms:
- Magento (1&2)
- Channable API
