Order sync add-on
You need the Marketplaces Standard module in your Channable subscription to use this feature.
With the Order sync add-on, you can receive orders from multiple marketplaces and handle them in your own shop. You can also process shipments and returns automatically.
Order connections
The costs for the order process are €49 per active unique order connection per month (or $59 with a Shopify plan).
An order connection is a link between a webshop import connection (i.e., Magento, Lightspeed) and a marketplace seller account (API) connection (i.e., Amazon, bol.com).
All order connections that go to the same seller account, will count as one order connection.
Example:
If you have a Magento webshop connection and want one order connection for Cdiscount and one order connection for Bol.com, you need two unique order connections,so that means €98 on top of your standard monthly subscription costs.
