Do you want to interactively learn all basics related to the creation of an API export in Channable? Learn how to create a Channacademy account in the Channable app through this Help Center article and start with the Basic APIs course.
Important: to access export channels, your subscription must include the 'Marketplace' module. Additionally, the 'Marketplaces' module is not available for the 'Small Business package' subscription. For more information on our subscription plans and pricing, please visit our pricing page.
In Channable there are two types of export channels: feeds, and APIs.
An API export channel offers a direct connection with the marketplace, allowing for quick updates of offer or product information. For more information about the difference between a Feed and an API, see this article.
Adding a new API
- In [your Project], navigate to Channels in the main menu.
- Click Create channel.
- In the channel overview, click on the search field at 'Channel' and search for the name of the marketplace that you want to use. You can also use the Marketplaces filter to explore your options.
- Click on the channel that you would like to use.
For an overview of all API export channels we support and all specific API setup articles, see this article.
For most API export channels we also support an order connection, to learn more about how order connections work in Channable, click here.
