Step 1 - Refresh the connection in Channable
Before starting following this guide make sure that you have logged out of the Bol.com account. If you wish to refresh multiple Bol.com connections log out of the account before refreshing each one of the connections. A good way of doing this is to use a different incognito window to refresh each connection. Here you can find a guide of how to do this in Chrome and here you can find a guide of how to do this in Firefox.
Go to the API and click on settings. Here you can find the connection of the API. You can now click on the image of the connection.
You will find the option to refresh the connection in the lower right corner.
Next a pop-up appears asking if you are sure you want to refresh this connection. Click on refresh connection if you want to continue the process. You will be redirected to the Bol.com environment where you can login.
Step 2 - Login to Bol.com and refresh connection
It is important that you are asked to login to Bol.com in this step. Being asked to log in means that you make sure that you will refresh the connection using the correct Bol.com account.
Note: In case you are not asked to log in, visit Bol.com, log out from your account and start the process from the beginning.
After you log in to Bol.com you will see the following screen where you can give permission to Channable to connect with the current Bol.com account. Click on Allow.
You will then be redirected back to Channable where you have to click on refresh connection for the last time.
Important! The API will still show an error when you refreshed the connection. To fix that, you should run the API immediately after you refreshed the connection. You can do this by pressing the "Run Now" button of the API.
How do I check if I have refreshed the connection correctly?
After refreshing the connection it is important to make sure that the connection is made with the correct Bol.com account.
To check this, login to the correct Bol.com account, click on your username (top right corner of the page) and then click on Settings. You will see the following screen.
There you can see your Seller ID or Verkoopnummer. Then go to the connection in question in Channable and check that the Seller ID there matches the one on your Bol.com account.
If these two numbers match you have completed this process correctly!
Note: If you have already refreshed your connection and you use Channable’s order connection please make sure that your orders are still handled correctly. You can do this by checking in Channable if there are any orders marked with an error and visit Bol.com to check if all the recent orders that you have marked as shipped are also correctly shipped on Bol.com’s side.
