Channable Insights offers powerful metrics for understanding your campaign performance across different platforms. To make the most of this data, it's essential to know which metrics are available and how they can be used in different dashboards.
Important Information
- Order Connection Requirement: To use CPS dashboards in Channable Insights, you need an active order connection. This connection is required for dashboards that are based on order data.
- ERP or PIM Insights: For insights in an ERP or PIM system, you can set up a Channable API to create CPS dashboards. Keep in mind that an active order connection is still required in this scenario.
- Channable Insights Module: Channable Insights is an additional module. For more information about Channable Insights, please refer to this helpcenter article.
- Google Analytics Update: As of November 2023, it is no longer possible to retrieve revenue data from Google Analytics and combine it with cost data from Google Ads with Channable Insights. However, you can still use Google Analytics data via Channable Analytics. If you want to work with Ads cost data and apply performance-based rules you can create an Insights dashboard based only on Google Ads.
