Google Analytics 4 has changed recently and doesn't offer a view ID, which is essential in setting up a Google analytics connection in Channable. In order to find your view ID, you will have to revert your Google Analytics to be 'Universally formatted'.
Get the view ID in Google Analytics 4
To get the view ID, you will need to create a new property. Go to Admin settings > click on + Create property
When you click on Create property you will see the following screen. Here, you will have to click on Show Advanced Settings and then activate the 'Create a Universal Analytics property' settings.
When you have opened the 'Create a Universal Analytics property', you have to select the option: 'Create a Universal Analytics property only' (see image below).
When you have selected the setting you have to click on the admin settings again, then the view settings will be visible again. It is very important that you selected the previous setting: 'Create a Universal Analytics property only', otherwise the view settings will not be visible. Afterwards, you will need to click on admin and then the view settings will reappear:
