If multiple merchant center accounts/catalogs are linked to 1 Google Ads account then it can happen that we don't receive all the data that is expected. We can only gather data from the merchant center account that is linked in the connection. In which case it can happen that the conversion overview shows conversion data but no data is shown in Channable.
How do I get all data?
In order to retrieve all the relevant data from multiple Merchant Accounts, the first step will be to make sure all MCC accounts are connected to Channable's Google Ads MCC account. This can be done via the automated MCC invite process. Then you will need to add all the MCC accounts in one Dashboard by pressing the Select Google Ads Account button, like so:
Once those accounts have been added, you can then create a new Insights dashboard and add them to the dashboard and combine them on a field (we recommend by unique ID). You will now be able to retrieve all the relevant data from each MCC account and see them within one Insights Dashboard.
