• Overview of all clients and the errors in their accounts: The overview of all companies you manage in Channable allows you to see all your clients’ errors, which could be an issue with fields in their feed or even a bug in their system. This helps to ensure that any issue is resolved quicker and easier than ever before.

• Easy access for all marketers: When you sign a new client, all employees from your agency will automatically gain access to that advertiser account through our feature. Now if the employee who is responsible for the account is sick or on vacation, you do not need to stress about access to the client company anymore, as everyone has access to all accounts already.

• Easy to detach yourself from a client: Once your collaboration with the client is over, you can disconnect yourself from the advertiser company in Channable in one click. As a result, all employees from your agency will be moved out of that advertiser’s account. This gives you the power to keep your client overview organized and remove access yourself if needed.

Will all my clients have a Channable login?

Thanks to a multiple login feature, you can give access to more than one user per account.

If you're an agency and you're managing several clients in your own account, you probably don't want your clients to log in to this overall account. That's why it would be easier to create separate accounts for your clients. They'll pay for their own usage and this way they have access to their own projects.

Will you bill the agency or its customers directly?

The billing arrangement, whether we invoice the agency or the clients directly, hinges on whether the clients possess individual accounts. As the agency you have the flexibility to decide who receives the invoice for each account.
