# Share a Google sheet (make publicly available)

### Open your Google sheet

Open the Google sheet containing your product data and go to the sheet (tab) that you want to share.

### Click Share

Click the **Share** button.

### Set general access

In the pop-up, under **General access**, click the dropdown and choose the option **Anyone with the link**. Then select the **Editor** role.

### Copy the link

Copy the created link — you'll need this to import your product data [using Google sheets](/import-data/import-how-to/import-your-product-data/import-via-a-data-file/google-sheets.md).

### If sharing only one sheet tab

If you have multiple sheet tabs and only want to share one, go to the sheet tab you want to share and copy the URL from the browser address bar.

### Finish

Click **Done**.
