# Wie kann ich einen Export-Feed anfragen, der noch nicht unterstützt wird?

Falls es einen Kanal gibt, den du nutzen möchtest, der in Channable derzeit nicht verfügbar ist, können wir deine Anfrage zur Erstellung gerne weiterleiten. In der Regel erstellen wir Kanäle basierend auf Kundennachfrage. Je mehr Firmen interessiert sind, desto größer die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass wir den neuen Kanal entwickeln.

Wenn du eine **Feed** als neuen Exportkanal anfragen möchtest: Um mit deiner Anfrage fortzufahren und die Machbarkeit der Erstellung des Kanals zu prüfen, bitten wir dich, uns einige Informationen bereitzustellen:

* Feed-Spezifikationen
* Länder, in denen die Plattform verfügbar ist
* Kategorie-Bäume

Wenn du eine **Marktplatz** als neuen Exportkanal anzufragen, ist der Prozess normalerweise derselbe, kann aber länger dauern, da wir ein internes Feature-Request erstellen müssen. In einigen Fällen benötigen wir außerdem zusätzliche Dokumentation, die vom Marktplatz bereitgestellt wird.
