# Wie du deine Meta-/Facebook-Verbindung löschst

Erfahre, wie du deine Meta- oder Facebook-Verbindung in Channable oder Facebook entfernst.

### Channables Meta/Facebook-Verbindung

Channables Meta-Integration (für A/B-Tests von Anzeigen-Creatives) fungiert als Echtzeit-API-Proxy. Das bedeutet, dass wir deine Meta-Anzeigendaten, Kampagnendaten, Creatives-Inhalte oder personenbezogene Daten aus deinem Meta-Account nicht speichern.

#### Was wir speichern:

* Ein verschlüsseltes OAuth-Zugriffstoken (wird verwendet, um in deinem Namen mit der API von Meta zu kommunizieren)
* Deine Meta Ad Account ID (wird verwendet, um zu identifizieren, mit welchem Werbekonto eine Verbindung hergestellt werden soll)

Diese Daten werden nur für die Dauer deiner aktiven Verbindung gespeichert und dauerhaft gelöscht, wenn du die Verbindung entfernst.

### Option 1 - Entferne die Channable-Verbindung in Facebook:

1. Zu **Facebook → Einstellungen & Datenschutz → Einstellungen**.
2. Klicke auf **Apps und Websites** im linken Menü.
3. Suche „Channable“ und klicke **Entfernen**. Dadurch wird das Zugriffstoken sofort ungültig und Channable kann nicht mehr auf deinen Meta-Account zugreifen.

### Option 2 - Trenne die Verbindung in Channable:

1. Melde dich in deinem Channable-Account an.
2. Öffne **Firmeneinstellungen**:

In der Seitenleiste, wenn du dich im Unternehmen befindest, Auswählen **Firmeneinstellungen**.

3. Zu **Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen**.
4. Suche die Meta-Verbindung.
5. In der Spalte „Verbindungen“, klicke **Bearbeiten**.
6. Klicke auf das Zahnradsymbol und Auswählen **Löschen der Verbindung**.

### Was als Nächstes passiert

* Dein verschlüsseltes Zugriffstoken wird gelöscht
* Wir haben deine Ad-Account-Daten von unserer Datenbank entfernt
* alle Projektlinks Zu der Verbindung werden entfernt
* Es bleiben keine Datenspuren von dieser Verbindung in unserem System und wir behalten keine Backups von diesen Daten
