# Amazon Repricer: solucionador de problemas de "ASIN no recibido"

Si ves el mensaje ‘El ítem es nuevo y aún no hemos recibido un ASIN de Amazon; cuando recibamos el código ASIN podremos volver a ajustar el precio del ítem.’ esto significa que no sabemos a qué ASIN de Amazon está vinculado este producto.

Cuando el Repricer de Amazon está activo, Channable recibe actualizaciones de Amazon sobre cambios (por ejemplo, precio) de los productos que estás repricing. Estos datos están vinculados a ASINs. Para poder repricing, Channable necesita saber qué ASIN pertenece al producto que estás ajustando para poder actualizarlo. Cuando ejecutes el exportador, Channable recuperará el ASIN del producto que estás repricing.

Solución

Ejecuta el exportador y el problema debería solucionarse. Ve a APIs y pulsa Actualizar ahora (Run now) para la API de Amazon que muestra el error.
