# Rakuten: ¿Qué debo hacer con la URL de mi feed?

* Asegúrate de tener una cuenta PRO activa en Rakuten.
* Envía un correo a <fr-support-pro@rakuten.com> o <support@rakuten.de> de la siguiente manera:
  * Asunto: "Integración del feed de Rakuten + nombre de tu tienda"
  * ID de conexión de Rakuten + Categoría en la que vendes
  * Tu usuario de Rakuten

Puedes subir tu feed en cualquier momento en tu cuenta de vendedor, copiándolo desde la pestaña "Vista previa" de tu feed de Rakuten en Channable. Rakuten descargará tu(s) archivo(s) entre 1 y 4 veces al día.
