# Outil de dépannage Amazon Repricer « ASIN non reçu »

Si vous voyez le message « L’article est nouveau et nous n’avons pas encore reçu d’ASIN d’Amazon ; lorsque nous recevrons le code ASIN, nous pourrons repricer l’article. », cela signifie que nous ne savons pas à quel ASIN Amazon ce produit est lié.

Lorsque le Repricer Amazon est actif, Channable reçoit des mises à jour d’Amazon concernant les changements (par exemple le prix) des produits que vous repricez. Ces données sont liées aux ASIN. Pour pouvoir repricer, Channable doit savoir quel ASIN correspond au produit que vous repricez afin de pouvoir le mettre à jour. Lorsque vous exécutez l’exporteur, Channable récupère l’ASIN du produit que vous repricez.

Solution

Exécutez l’exporteur et le problème devrait être résolu. Allez dans APIs, puis cliquez sur Exécuter maintenant pour l’API Amazon qui affiche l’erreur.
